Born in Pennsylvania during the depths of the Great Depression to a professional Army man and his wife, Jack Hallick and his parents settled in Orange County just as that bucolic area between Los Angeles and San Diego began a tumultuous transition from sleepy little towns to one of the nation’s most vital and prosperous metroplexes. Jack is the father of three daughters and lives in Albuquerque, N.M., after a successful insurance sales career. From a youth of driving fast cars and pursuing fast girls he has progressed to enjoying science, mountain climbing, hiking and creative writing. From Here To Maturity is his first published work. While others have experienced some of his adventures and dreamed about the rest, he is someone who has had them all. Says Jack, “Everything I fantasized, I did.”

"From Here to Maturity" - a historical autobiography about growing up in Orange County during the 40's & 50's.
"The End is the Beginning" - a sci-fi adventure where criminals are sent back into an unknown distant past, incapable of return.
I am also currently working on a couple others (fantasy/ fiction)
