I just noticed your saying, I do have a response to that, even if you only help one person a day, that is one person who is better off. That is 365 people a year, and if they help one person it doubles. To go further if you help 2 and they help 2 and they help 2 you eventually have helped everyone in the world.
Start with one and go on, don't worry about it and it will just grow by itself.
