How do I get the circle around it?

Helpdesk: OK, and, what seems to be the problem?
Customer: Well, I have the letter 'a' in the address, but how do I get the circle around it?

owlspook	LOL ... thanks for the laugh .. although there are many more of this kind of story and any computer tech can testify that they are all true ... I had this one woman call me, very upset ... she said her mouse wouldn't work and wanted me to come over and fix it .. ok I went over and asked her to show me what was wrong ... she proceeded to pick up the mouse and pointed it at the screen clicking the buttons and without thinking I pushed her hand down to the table and told her to try it that way ... LOL .. we both had a good laugh ... yup true story ...
