As of August 1st 2008, ZenZuu will come out of Beta and will share its global advertising revenues with its Independent Marketing Representatives using the following formula:

1)- Definition:

• a)- Independent Marketing Representative, herein referred to as “REP”, is someone who is over 18, who is legally able to do  business with a U.S. company or with a company originated from a country where this person resides, who agrees to be bound by the latest Terms of Use, and the most updated Independent Marketing Representative agreement by ZenZuu.
  
• b)- An active “REP” is someone who logs in his/her “REP” account a minimum of 30 times a month. These log ins can be done once a day, several times a day, or within one hour.
• c)- You must be referred by a ZenZuu “REP” to become a ZenZuu “REP”. Once signed up under a ZenZuu “REP”, you become this person‘s first level downline. When you bring in a new person as a”REP” on your first level, this new person is your sponsor’s second level.
  
• d)- Advertising means a display of a link, or a banner from a ZenZuu site in exchange for a fee collected by ZenZuu.
  
• e)- Advertising revenue means actual net monetary in U.S.D. received by ZenZuu.(excluding any trade in advertising, any free ads used for promotions, any compensation received by a ZenZuu affiliate for the service rendered in order to bring the advertising account to ZenZuu, any overage in payment or refund to settle disputes, and any costs associated with it.)
  
• f)- Gross advertising revenue means a fee that an entity pays to display a link or a banner on the ZenZuu Site. Total advertising revenue worldwide means the entire advertising revenue from businesses from all countries that advertise in the ZenZuu site.
  
• g)- Net advertising revenue means actual money in U.S.D. received by Zenzuu after commission and expenses to advertising agencies, and or affiliates that produces the advertising accounts.
