So I am finding it difficult to keep my lip zipped over the incredible lack of customer service in IMVU...
A friend recently said it best..."I think they hire retards to communicate with us." The only problem is....people who are challenged with retardation...would smile and offer to help. They would do a much better job.
I am torn as to whether I should share one email exchange I am in the midst of...because I am still numb from banging my head on the desk, and maybe I will find forgiveness if I take a breath.
Venting is good, blogs are great.
