We are on a journey home, back to our inner self. The call has been sent for this awakening...only the awakening is coming from the push of our emotions. Our emotions are the key to connecting our human experience to our soul's knowing. As a conscious empath, I am always on a search, to keep my own human awareness updated and in the present moment, at least to the best of my human abilities. Through my personal search and the articles that I read and write...our emotions are our 6th sense. In order for our emotions to be used effectively, in connecting to the wisdom of our soul, we first must...must...must become aware of everything we are feeling and when our emotions and feelings go from being ok to an extreme high or an extreme low..
The purpose of this awareness has many levels, most important is that if you are an empath and a sensitive, this consistent check in and tune in, will allow you to know where your boundaries are and what you are feeling and when your personal space has shifted. This becomes a grounding process and the grounding process becomes your participation to your journey..
Empaths are notorious for being caretakers and trying to fix everything for everyone and make it better...but I have discovered something very important...we can't fix anything for anyone. We can share our discoveries for learning how to feel better...however, to try and fix it for anyone else...never, ever works...our emotions are pushed for many reasons...it is a chance to learn about ourself, our inner self and actually discover what our purpose is for this life...even if it is working in a better work enviroment, or being creative...in whatever way you look at this...our emotions become our journey to heal, understand and live from awareness. The more understanding and awareness we have, the better our alignment to what is in our hearts, what is in our soul..
Whatever the case be may...we are being called for a healing; for an inner awakening and yes, fear may play a part in this journey for a bit...but as you dig and discover, the fear becomes transformed into soul guided awareness and then the healing begins..
So, take a chance...have the courage to see, feel and know...your participation in your healing, will be the best gift of discovery that you can give to yourself..
We are not expected to do it all in one day...it just takes one breath, one step at a time...for each now and present moment..
The Lord said to the man, "Come, I will show you hell."
They entered a room where a group of people sat around a huge pot of stew. Everyone was famished, desperate and starving.
Each held a spoon that reached the pot, but each spoon had a handle so much longer than their own arm that it could not be used to get the stew into their own mouths.
The suffering was terrible.
"Come, now I will show you heaven," the Lord said after a while.
They entered another room, identical to the first - the pot of stew, the group of people, the same long-handled spoons. But there everyone was happy and well-nourished.
"I don't understand," said the man. "Why are they happy here when they were miserable in the other room and everything was the same?"
The Lord smiled. "Ah, it is simple," he said. "Here they have learned to feed each other."
Empowered Forgiveness Apologies β₯ In life there will always be times when we are affected by the actions of another person. When this happens, we often receive an apology. More often than not we say, βItβs alright,β or β Itβs okay,β and by saying this we are allowing, accepting, and giving permission for the behavior to happen again. When we say βthank you,β or βI accept your apology,β we are forced to sit in our feelings rather than ignore them.
β₯ There are many of us who feel that it is easier to brush off how we really feel than to express our discomfort with something that has happened to us. While this may initially seem like the best thing to do, what it really does is put us into an unending pattern of behavior; since we are not honest with another person, we continue the cycle of letting them overstep our emotional limits time and time again. By doing this we place ourselves in the position of victim. We can put an end to this karmic chain by first acknowledging to the other person that we accept their request for forgiveness; often a simple βthank youβ is enough. To truly create a greater sense of harmony in our relationship, however, we need to gently, and with compassion, express our innermost concerns about what has transpired. By taking a deep breath and calling upon the deepest parts of our spirit, we can usually find the right words to say and verbalize them in a way that lets the other person recognize the consequences of what they have done.
β₯ If we can remember that our response to others is important, we can begin to realize that trust and forgiveness go hand in hand. And when we react in a way that engenders a greater amount of honesty and candor, we will establish a more positive and empowering way of being and interacting with others.

Since you cannot physically experience another person, you can only experience them in your mind.
Conclusion: All of the other people in your life are simply thoughts in your mind. Not physical beings to you, but thoughts.
Your relationships are all in how you think about the other people of your life.
Your experience of all those people is only in your mind. Your feelings about your lovers come from your thoughts.
For example, they may in fact behave in ways that you find offensive.
However, your relationship to them when they behave offensively is not determined by their behavior, it is determined only by how you choose to relate to that behavior.
Their actions are theirs, you cannot own them, you cannot be them, you can only process them in your mind.
I have been walking through all the ages of time. And I can feel it. I have been experiencing challenges that could defeat armies. And I can feel it. I have been vanished in so many ways, rebirthing back like an immortal. And I can feel it. I have been loving like no other to many, and betrayed from others many times, many centuries. And I can feel it.
The funny part of all these is.......that I can feel it, but I can't remember a thing. I only hold images in my mind. Smells, colors, images, people, places....but I can't remember. I look desperately for my truth. Reading, asking the wise ones, wizards, priestess of magic to help see my past lives...and only few clues.
One day while meditating.....empowered by the magic of my candles, the burning oils and the amazing vibrational feeling of my crystals, you appeared after so long, craving for your presence to bring me peace once and for all.
My heart was influenced by your light and pure love. I couldn't speak because the emotion within me was beyond this world. But at the same time I felt I was home before your presence. Then when you approached me, you whispered in my ear the TRUTH about myself..... I told you I couldn't be, my intentions, my actions, my emotions are purely human....how could I be....how could I be one of you, an angel made of pure love, made of pure light. But then I started realizing so many things.
I can't tolerate lies, hypocracy, crimes, and low emotions. I always feel compassion for everyone, even for those who hate me. I am a lover of justice, equality, peace and beauty.....so misunderstood and relegated to a side like a weirdo.....even like that my compassion is deep and my love keeps building up every time I defeat my own demons. And you responded : You made a deal before coming down to Earth, and the most important one was to forget who you are and unselfishly give your heart to those who asked for your help. You also agreed to learn from one mistake to another to finally grow stronger and applied all your light into what your purpose was all about.....I can't tell you no more, I am not allowed, but I can tell you one thing, you are on the right path, even though you feel you are not, even though you are having one of those heavy days....so full of doubts, fears, and even sadness.
Remember who you are, it will take time, this is your challenge, and you will prevail as well as your actions and emotions, they are manifesting slowly but surely.

As your energy bodies begin to stabilize following these recent planetary infusions, it seems fitting for us to explain a bit about what's happening on the inside, so you can begin constructing a mental framework which encompasses the New You that is now being formed and fashioned here in 3D. Each time the expanded energies enter your space, with force, they are backing you up against a wall.......and "frisking" you for beliefs and life programming which hold you in limitation and stunt your growth and personal expansion.
Examples of such beliefs might include: I can't, I don't know, it's impossible, I don't care,etc. These statements, chanted deep within your sub and unconscious mind,represent LOCKS on the doors of the MIND PRISON where you live in3D. They also serve as protection (scar tissue) for emotional splinters that are lodged in your psyche---splinters which tend to fester, until they are located, integrated, and harmonized within you.
With each new "round" of confrontation, the vibrations go deeper and become more compelling. Beliefs which once protected you, and seemed to hold you invulnerable (and numb), are gently but firmly being overcome by expanded tones of power and freedom. When your heart says "I can't," the energies will respond with: "No,but WE can." When your heart says: "I don't care," the energy will counter with"We care." When your heart says: "It's impossible," a voice within you will repeat "Go for what you want anyway."
Emotional Shelters and Internal Armoring were made necessary by your(former) belief in SEPARATION. You felt alone and vulnerable, in amoment of time, so you put up a shield. Once the shield was up, it seemed easier just to leave it that way. But after awhile, your arm gets tired, and the shield gets weak. The whole ritual begins to feel out of place. What is that famous saying you sea-farers use? "A ship in harbor issafe, but that is not what ships are built for." And so the infusions continue. My Dear Friends, "You are now entering a phase of your awakening process which mighteasily be called "The Sorcerer's Apprentice," being recalled from a Disney animated movie by the same name. You remember the tale, don't you?
The "Master Magician" is out, so his Apprentice (played by MickeyMouse) decides to take up the Master's Wand. The Apprentice waves the wand to transform a house hold broom into a servant, so that hecan get out of mopping the floor. He waves it again and another broom begins working. And another and another. Soon, there are so many brooms working that the living room is a wash with buckets and bubbles. The Master returns and is (decidedly) not pleased!
This is a time where the feminine aspect (your feeling self) beginsplaying around with your incoming mental software, fresh from the cosmos, and asserts her will (ever so gently, at first) upon your immediate environment. The terms "I want, I need" have great powerduring this time. Random or careless exercise of these powers can have radical and long-term effects on your personal universes!
Do you even KNOW what it is that you want? And do you have any ideawhat manifesting that desire might do to the rest of who you are? Now is the time for you to figure all that out.
